First floor of a detached house at the border of the village with separate entrance, above friendly couple, which stays in the ground floor with their own entrance. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (4-6 beds), well equipped kitchen with dining place, toilet/ shower and large covered terrace with view to the nearby sandy beach. The studio has a separate entrance and a large room with 2 beds, refrigerator and toilet/ shower. The 2 units can be rent together or separately. 50 m to a nice small restaurant. 100- 200 m to the carfree village with shops and restaurants and to the fisher port of Antiparos. 100 m to a beautiful sandy beach.
