Dream villa at fantastic position, directly above the sea and sandy beach with gorgeous sea view and beautiful garden with flowers and trees. 1 km to the village of Mikri Vigla with surf station, restaurants, supermarkets etc., 100 meters to beautiful few visited sandy beach. In the large garden there are two pavilions and private parking for 3 cars. Separate outside store room with wash machine, iron and ironing board for both parts of the villa.

Lower part of the house – Ground floor: Independent large house with two separate entrances, which can be connected on request and over a inside staircase and separate door with the upper part of the villa. 4 bed rooms, 2 with double bed, one with 2 single beds and private exit to the garden, one with bunk bed. Bath room with bath tub and toilet/ shower and separate toilet/ shower. Large wardrobes. Large kitchen-cum-living room with dining place and very well equipped kitchen (oven with stove, refrigerator with freezer, dish washer, coffee machine, cooker, toaster and a lot of dishes, pots and pans). Exit from the kitchen to a very large covered terrace with beautiful sea view, large barbecue, sink and large dining place.

Each bedroom with air conditioning, living area with satellite TV and WLAN internet.

Upper part of the house – 1st and 2nd floor: Separate entrance from the upperpart of the garden. Large living room with 2 comfortable sofa beds, fire place, dining place and exit to a large covered balcony with beautiful sea view (sunset). Well equipped kitchen (oven with stove, refrigerator with freezer, dish washer, coffee machine, cooker, toaster and a lot of dishes, pots and pans). Bed room with double bed and wardrobe, toilet/ shower.

Over a inside staircase you reach the upper floor with a bedroom with 2 beds and wardrobe, bath room with bath tub and toilet/ shower. Very large roof garden with gorgeous panoramic view over the sea, the beaches and the isle of Paros (sunsets).

Each room with air conditioning, TV satellite and WLAN internet in the living room.
